Esta colaboración proporciona tanto apoyo financiero como orientación estratégica, impulsando la misión de TLC de fortalecer su liderazgo en el mercado y expandir su presencia global en soluciones de fidelización basadas en datos.En TLC, sabemos que las experiencias hacen la vida más gratificante Estamos buscando personas innovadoras, apasionadas y comprometidas para unirse a nuestro equipo y ayudarnos a continuar construyendo nuestra exitosa historia.Lo que harás:En este emocionante rol de alto impacto, serás responsable de identificar, presentar y asegurar nuevas oportunidades de campañas tácticas con clientes de alto nivel en una variedad de sectores, incluyendo FMCG, moda, electrónica, automoción, ocio, retail, servicios financieros y telecomunicaciones.Usando tu enfoque de ventas consultivas y tu fuerte visión empresarial, te relacionarás con gerentes de marketing y de marca en todos los niveles para entender sus desafíos y objetivos únicos, y así crear soluciones innovadoras de TLC que generen resultados medibles.Aunque la mayor parte de tu enfoque estará en asegurar proyectos de campañas de 1-3 meses, también podrías tener la oportunidad de identificar y gestionar posibles contratos más grandes y de varios años con nuestro equipo especializado.Trabajando en estrecha colaboración con nuestros colegas de marketing, creatividad y gestión de cuentas, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en la entrega de experiencias excepcionales a los clientes y en la aceleración de los ambiciosos planes de crecimiento de TLC.Lo que estamos buscando:Experiencia probada en ventas B2B, idealmente en marketing, publicidad o en engagement de cliente.Capacidad para entender rápidamente los puntos débiles de los clientes y traducirlos en soluciones creativas y de alto impacto de TLC.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y presentación para influir en los decisores clave.Mentalidad estratégica con un historial de alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas
