Tu trabajo será liderar la estrategia de Marketing de su área terapéutica conforme a las directrices marcadas por Global, gestionando a su equipo para optimizar el ciclo de vida de los productos, y ofrecer a los pacientes una mayor calidad de vida.
RESPONSABILIDADES/FUNCIONES

Establecer la visión y misión del equipo, para garantizar el alineamiento en cuanto a estrategia, objetivos y valores de la compañía.
Establecer las directrices de la estrategia de marketing del área terapéutica y los Brand Plan de las marcas bajo su responsabilidad.
Supervisar y validar la estrategia del producto y la previsión de ventas, asegurando su alineamiento con la estrategia global y los insights locales.
Liderar el equipo cross-funcional del Brand Team, en su caso, para el diseño del Brand Plan y su adecuada implementación.
Ser el Responsable de las Brand Review con equipos Europeos y Globales, actuando como persona de contacto para estos equipos a nível internacional.
Ser el referente de los KEE´s nacionales e internacionales, así como de las sociedades nacionales de su área terapéutica.
Asegurar una correcta segmentación de clientes y estrategia de Call Plan en todos los Planes de marca y buscar sinergias entre las diferentes marcas del área terapéutica.
Garantizar que todas las actividades relacionadas con su puesto de trabajo cumplen con la normativa externa e interna aplicable (políticas, procedimientos, estándares, directrices y código de conducta).
REQUISITOS DEL **Perfil**:
**Formación**: Licenciatura / Grado; Deseable Ciencias de la Salud y Posgrado en Marketing o MBA

**Inglés**: C1

Conocimiento del área terapéutica

Conocimiento mercado hospitalario

**Experiência**: 5 años en la industria farmacéutica con productos éticos habiendo desempeñado, al menos, alguna de las siguientes posiciones:
**Posición similar en otra empresa**: 1 año

Experiência previa de al menos 2 años como Manager de equipos
