ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Java Script Developer to join our team. This role is pivotal in automating key assessment workflows for candidates. Your primary responsibility will be developing, testing, and maintaining a script using Java Script to extract data from CVs, interact with Open AI, and handle client context inputs. This role is pivotal in automating key assessment workflows for candidates. As this is a newly created role, there is ample opportunity for growth and contribution to long-term automation strategies. HIGHLIGHTS Skills: Proficiency in Java Script, Experience with APIs, especially Open AI, Ability to understand and integrate client requirements Competencies: Problem-solving, Strong communication and collaboration skills, Attention to detail and reliability Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment processes and automation OBJECTIVES The key objectives for this role include delivering a reliable prototype of the automation script within the first three months, refining and extending automation capabilities over six months, and ensuring long-term scalability of the codebase. RESPONSIBILITIES Core Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java Script code to automate candidate assessment workflows. Integrate data extraction from CVs with Open AI API prompts. Collaborate with the team to gather and implement client-specific context. Additional Responsibilities: Provide feedback on process improvements for automation. Participate in brainstorming and implementation of other automations. REQUIREMENTS Must-Have: Experience coding in Java Script, with a strong ability to reason independently. Understanding of APIs, including integration with Open AI. Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines. Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with recruitment processes or HR technology. Experience with Google Apps Script. Experience in document parsing and automation. Experience with Google Apps Script. Behavioral Competencies: Proactive problem-solver. Strong attention to detail.
