We are looking for an Electrical Engineer on behalf of and in support to our client for their location in Barcelona, Spain. The selected candidate should show integrity and professionalism.Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:Support in electrical design activities; Support in engineering integration activities (reviewing, following-up and monitoring works executed by suppliers); Assist the Project Manager (Reviewing and following-up suppliers' working schedules, assessing and monitoring project risks, performing cost assessment and cost control activities); Perform technical reports on relevant fields. A bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace or Nuclear Engineering (or equivalent); in absence of a Bachelor's degree, candidates with vocational training and at least 5 years of experience can also be considered; At least 2 years of experience in the design of electrical components and/or systems to European Directives (RoHS, Low Voltage Directive, EMC Directive, etc.) and other codes and standards; Experience in the design, integration, testing and/or commissioning of low and/or high voltage electrical equipment; Experience in the follow-up of manufacturing contracts of electrical equipment is an asset; Experience in the simulation and/or testing of electrical systems is an asset; Experience in the preparation of commissioning reports of low and/or high voltage electrical equipment is an asset; Experience in the nuclear environment will be consider an asset; Background in radiofrequency is an asset; Willingness to grow andlearn; Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Knowledge of another EU language is an asset; Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the EU.Please submit your application in English via the apply button below.
