Manager, Clinical Science Analytics & Insights Precision for Medicine is seeking a Manager to join our Clinical Science Analytics & Insights team.
This role can be fully remote in the UK, Spain, Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, or Serbia.

Position Summary : The Manager, Clinical Science Analytics & Insights (CSAI) oversees the management and career development of CSAI personnel.
They serve as a departmental SME, supporting initiatives, business development, best practices, and training to enhance quality and productivity.
The role requires independent leadership, team management, and motivation aligned with company values, focusing on data quality.
Ensuring proper resource allocation and employee satisfaction is key.

Essential functions include but are not limited to : Managing daily operations and workload of direct reports or departmental initiatives Developing team members through goal setting, performance reviews, and mentoring Overseeing onboarding and training for new staff Communicating strategic goals and supporting career development Ensuring compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulations Supporting departmental KPIs and objectives Assisting with project and financial management tasks Providing expertise and supporting cross-departmental communication Contributing to policy and process development Preparing reports and supporting risk management Addressing complex people and process challenges Optimizing systems and processes for quality and efficiency Supporting resource planning and forecasting Engaging in meetings and process improvement initiatives Collaborating on training initiatives and SOP development Consulting on project issues and performing other duties as assigned Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science or health-related field with medical terminology proficiency At least 8 years of clinical research experience or relevant competencies Strong oncological clinical trials experience, including on-site monitoring or data review 2-3 years of supervisory experience managing CRAs, including developing training programs and evaluation processes Additional Requirements : Experience with electronic data capture systems and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English Willingness to travel domestically and internationally Preferred : Medical degree or related certifications (RN, OCN, RPH, PharmD, etc.)
Experience with database build and data visualization software like JReview Knowledge of FDA & ICH-GCP regulations, SOPs, and clinical trial processes Strong organizational, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills Understanding of clinical trial methodology and ability to adapt to shifting priorities Financial management skills at the project level Excellent presentation and communication skills We respect your privacy; data provided will be stored according to our Privacy Policy.
