El Rol: Reportando al director de cuentas de Delivery, el Project Manager se encarga de la gestión de los contenidos desde su creación y producción hasta su publicación, supervisando que el resultado sea un contenido inspirador para nuestros clientes y audiencias. Estos contenidos se desarrollan para todas las cabeceras de Condé Nast (Vogue, Glamour, GQ, Vanity Fair, Traveler y AD) tanto a nivel digital como print, en todos los formatos (incluidos, entre otros, videos, redes sociales, eventos).
Gestionará contenidos con estándares creativos altos en múltiples plataformas, participando en la totalidad del proceso, desde la creación de la idea, su ejecución y entrega hasta la supervisión del cumplimiento de objetivos y control presupuestario en todo el proceso. Trabajará en colaboración con el resto de equipos de CNCC, área comercial y colaboradores editoriales.
Principales funciones:
Crear una cultura de colaboración, empatía, respeto y excelencia.
Gestionar el desarrollo de todos los proyectos, desde la idea creativa hasta la ejecución, entrega y seguimiento del contenido.
Garantizar líneas claras de comunicación con todas las partes, internas y externas, en todo el proceso de activación y seguimiento de los contenidos.
Asegurar que los presupuestos de producción y los plazos de entrega preestablecidos se cumplen.
Supervisión del cumplimiento de los KPIs establecidos.
Interlocución con los distintos colaboradores para garantizar la entrega acorde a los presupuestos, plazos y requisitos necesarios.
Interlocución con todos los equipos de CNCC y departamento de sales para garantizar el correcto desarrollo de los proyectos.
Colaboración con los equipos editoriales.
Contribuir a agilizar y mejorar los procesos de negocio.
Experiencia:
Mínimo 4 años como Project Manager / Ejecutivo de Cuentas.
Experto en todas las áreas de producción y desarrollo de proyectos, y gran interés en la gestión comercial y el diseño.
Apasionado por las marcas de Condé Nast.
Experiencia demostrable en puesto de trabajo de entorno similar.
Comprensión de los requisitos del cliente en contenido digital y experiencial.
Experiencia de trabajo en un entorno digital y/o multimedia.
Experiencia probada en el alcance y gestión de presupuestos.
Excelente comprensión de la estrategia de contenido y la ejecución.
Amplio conocimiento del entorno de video y redes sociales.
Habilidades de planificación, informes y creación de cases.
Interés en los sectores de moda, belleza, cultura, viajes, estilo de vida, arquitectura.
