Customer and service orientation is very important to us. Requirements You have several years of practical experience in one or more of the following areas: ? Microsoft product range (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, MS-SQL, etc.) ? Storage (IBM, NetApp, Dell, Huawei) ? Virtualisation (VMware vSphere, Citrix XenServer, MS Hyper-V) ? Microsoft Terminal Services or Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop ? Veeam B&R or Veritas Backup Exec ? IT security (Sophos, Barracuda Networks, Kaspersky Endpoint Protection, Forti) Moreover, you speak fluent German (C1/C2) Tasks & Responsibilities ? Acceptance of customer faults, recording in the ticket system, independent analysis and problem solving ? Our Support is not a classic hotline, but maintains a partnership-based and very personal customer relationship ? Many of our customers have outsourced complex IT/server infrastructures to us, which are fully managed by IT Support ? IT Support has teams of experts (e.g. Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, etc.) who provide second or third level support and have a high level of expertise ? Due to the close proximity to the customer, the support team also works conceptually and advises customers on all questions relating to the IT infrastructure ?
