We invite you to join our team as aFinance Controller/Accountant.If you are ready to excel in the following key responsibilities:Oversee and manage the financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.Develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts to support company strategy and operations.Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.Ensure regulatory compliance in all financial transactions and reporting.Develop and monitor budgets, and manage costs effectively to maximize profitability.Coordinate internal and external audits, and implement recommendations for improvement.Lead the implementation of financial systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.Manage financial risks through effective assessment and mitigation strategies.Required Skills and ExpertiseStrong understanding of financial regulations and standards.Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Educational BackgroundBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.English - B2 levelPersonal CharacteristicsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Resilient and able to adapt to changing priorities.Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and precision.We are eager to speak with you about how your experience and career aspirations align with this exciting opportunity.Our international work environment offers challenging and rewarding opportunities.
