The OpportunityAs a Data & Process Mining Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining solutions to gain insights and optimize business operations.
 
What you'll get to doLead and/or assist with the creation of business cases, ROIs, and other project related documentation, as required, with input from key business stakeholdersDesign, model, and implement comprehensive process mining solutionsAnalyse process data to identify bottlenecks, areas for improvement, and potential process optimizationsDevelop and execute process improvement initiatives based on process mining findingsImplement changes to workflows, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiencyCreate dashboards and reports to visualize process performance and identify trendsExtract meaningful insights from process dataQuantify the impact of process improvements to demonstrate the solutions valueCollaborate with other teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendationsWe'd love to meet you if you haveBachelor and/or master's degree in computer science, Data Science or related field, or equivalent work experience4 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar roleExperience in process mining implementation and optimization (potentially Celonis)Understanding of the Supply chain / Procurement domainExperience in preparing and communicating (value) roadmaps and results to stakeholders and managementFluency Spanish & English required.
