Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide.PositionProject Configuration and Change ControllerDurationPermanentLocationMadrid/MV49PURPOSE OF THE JOBSupport the Project Configuration and Change Manager in order to:Keep the project/program configuration under control during the whole lifecycle of the Project or Program.Ensure Configuration is formalized and adequate at any time to deliver the configuration and change documentation to the stakeholders (customer, supplier, partners or project).Manage the Changes in the project or program.ORGANISATIONOrganization structure: Regional Centre (RC) within Project Management OrganizationReports directly to: Signaling Project Configuration and Change Manager (PrCCM)Other reporting to: Configuration and Change management Process CorrespondentNetwork & LinksInternal: Project/Program core team, Configuration and Change management tools Key User, Configuration management Process CorrespondentExternal: Project/Program Customer, SuppliersKey accountabilitiesDetailed activities are specified in the instruction CFG-IS-WMS-023. All points hereunder are executed in compliance with the instruction:Manage access rights to configuration and change databases.Attach items (hardware parts, software components, documents) delivered by Team Members to Project/Program configurations in accordance with the Release Note Prepared by the Signaling PrCCM.(For projects) Receive installation data (Serial Number, software versions, Location) and build as-installed configurations in the configuration and change management tools.Prepare and send database extracts required for the release notes to Signaling PrCCM.Prepare and send database extracts required for the Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings to Signaling PrCCM.Suggest improvements of the activity (REX on Configuration and Change Management issues: process, organisation).Provide Configuration and Change Management reporting and indicators at Signaling PrCCM Request.Architect is accountable for these activities and can either endorse this role directly or delegate it to someone else.Performance measurementsCompleteness and accuracy of configurations recorded dataCompleteness and accuracy of changes recorded dataEducational RequirementsMandatory: General Certificate of Education Advanced LevelDesirable: Bachelor's degreeExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in Configuration and Change Management.Minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration and Change Management if no bachelor's degree
