**Descripción**:

- Buscamos una/a ingeniero/a de soporte a Operaciones de Tierra en PLD Space, en el área de Subcontratación y Calidad de Producto.
El rango de actuación comienza en el soporte a Ingeniería para el diseño de componentes, y termina en la correcta entrada de esas piezas en almacén (incluyendo la fabricación, iteración con proveedores, Calidad de Producto y Control de Calidad).
**Responsabilidades**:

- Colaboración con los departamentos de Ingeniería e Integración para evolucionar los diseños y mejorar en calidad y fabricabilidad.
- Implementar las mejoras en un entorno rápidamente cambiante.
- Iteración técnica con los fabricantes de componentes diseñados por PLD Space (estudio de planos, tolerancias de fabricación ).
- Selección de fabricante para componentes metálicos (piezas mecanizadas de pequeño y mediano tamaño, corte por láser ) y de fibra de carbono (estructuras monolíticas, filament winding, hand lay-up, RTM ), en base a calidad, plazo y precio.
- Negociación y gestión de riesgos.
- Seguimiento, control y visita a fabricantes.
- Ejecución de subcontrataciones, logística interna y gestión de BOMs.
- Verificación y validación de componentes: Calidad de Producto y Control de Calidad.
- Trabajo sobre la calidad del dato de nuestro sistema de gestión y QA, desde el punto de vista de la mejora continua.
Métricas de resultados.
**Competencias deseadas**:

- 2 años de experiência contrastable en Fabricación, Diseño Mecánico, Supply Chain, Product Assurance, QC o campos relacionados.
- Estudios Superiores (Ingeniería mecánica, aeronáutica, de fabricación o similares).
- Capacidad de comunicación fluida en inglés y español (hablado y escrito).
- Conocimiento de tecnologías de fabricación y producción de componentes aeroespaciales: mecanizado, corte por láser, fabricación de componentes en fibra de carbono, metrología, documentación asociada
- Conocimiento de fundamentos de diseño mecánico y fabricación, incluyendo GD&T, ajustes y tolerancias, materiales empleados
- Dominio completo de herramientas MS Office.
- Trabajo con bases de datos, exportaciones y creación de cuadros de mando.
