Para nuestro servicio de Asistencia Técnica necesitamos incorporar una/un Field Service Engineer para nuestra línea de productos de la división de Hospital.
Tus responsabilidades serán:
Instalarás y configurarás los diferentes productos hardware / software y sus upgrades de la división Hospital en los diferentes centros hospitalarios de España.
Realizarás la formación a los diferentes perfiles de usuarios que utilizan los productos hardware / software de la división Hospital.
Asesorarás técnicamente a los clientes en la optimización del uso de los productos de la división y formación de estos si se requiere.
Resolverás incidencias correctivas y mantenimientos preventivos / proactivos de los productos.
Realizarás las necesidades de reporte, creación de informes y uso de herramientas ERP de servicio técnico.
Realizarás certificaciones IQ/OQ y otras intervenciones técnicas.
Confeccionarás technical tip notes relacionados con procedimientos técnicos de los productos soportados.
Actualizarás periódicamente el seguimiento de tareas clave en documentación compartida: Preventivos, Monitorizaciones, Políticas de BackUP, Seguridad (antivirus).
Controlarás el stock del almacén.
Requisitos:
Posees un Grado en Ingeniería Electrónica, Informática o similares.
Hablas un nivel de inglés avanzado (C1.1. o superior).
Tienes disponibilidad para poder viajar de forma ocasional.
Se valorarán nociones de entornos de virtualización bajo infraestructura VMWare y con entornos de backup y clonado tipo Acronis.
Se valorarán conocimientos en protocolos de red y conexiones remotas.
Eres una persona enfocada a los objetivos, adaptable, comunicativa y ordenada.
