Job Description:**E-Commerce Solution Architect (Adobe Commerce / MuleSoft)**Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead our e-commerce platform development and integration efforts, focusing on Adobe Commerce and MuleSoft technologies.ResponsibilitiesSharing **Adobe Commerce** best practices with technical stakeholders.Reviewing solution proposals and guarding against unnecessary customizations.Promoting reuse of core B2C and Adobe Commerce workflows over customization.Ensuring compatibility with native functionality to align with future Adobe product roadmaps.Highlighting scalable architecture patterns and providing guidance to achieve them.Reviewing and approving high-level and low-level designs according to project standards.Providing coaching and commentary on solution proposals and design documents.Executing final code reviews of Adobe Commerce customizations to ensure quality and architectural soundness.Assisting technical leads with Adobe Commerce-related queries.Identifying project risks and suggesting solution directions.Coordinating communication with technical leads from related workstreams such as core B2C, DevOps, QA, and the Integration Layer.Integration Design and DevelopmentDesigning and developing integration solutions using MuleSoft, including APIs, connectors, message queues, and data transformations.Conducting code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.Documenting architecture, design, and specifications using MuleSoft tools.Providing technical leadership and mentoring to the integration team.Collaborating with clients, business analysts, and other architects to understand requirements.Staying updated with latest MuleSoft trends and technologies.Determining scope and scale of MuleSoft integration projects based on requirements.Education & ExperienceFour-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.10+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce.Knowledge & Skills4+ years with Adobe Commerce (Magento 2).7+ years in PHP, developing object-oriented websites.5+ years in e-commerce.Experience with design and architectural patterns like MVC, GoF, and Enterprise Integration.Solid experience with MySQL and writing raw SQL queries.Proficiency in PHP web services (SOAP, XML-RPC) and data integrations.5+ years in MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.2+ years in MuleSoft architecture and design.Preferred certifications: MuleSoft Certified Developer and Architect.Strong knowledge of RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and data transformation.Experience with MuleSoft connectors, message queues, and tools like Anypoint Studio.Understanding of security, performance, deployment, and CI/CD in MuleSoft.Knowledge of Runtime Fabric specifics.Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.Ability to clearly communicate technical requirements to diverse audiences.
