If you're passionate about animation, design, and solving complex problems through creativity, this is an opportunity to be part of a global team working on cutting-edge projects.-What will your day to day be like?-You will:- Lead and assist in the production of 3D animation clips for various projects, ensuring high-quality output and usability variants for evaluations.- Understand and analyze the structure of instruments and components to be animated, aligning with industrial design requirements.- Collaborate with UX, UI, and industrial design teams to ensure animations reflect design directions and user insights.- Translate UX requirements into animated UI elements, supporting design critiques and feedback sessions with cross-functional teams.- Finalize and ensure proper formatting and implementation of 3D animations on digital interfaces.- Identify optimization opportunities in both the process and development of 3D animations, implementing new design directions and best practices.- Develop scalable processes for efficient 3D animation creation, setting and monitoring KPIs for both exploration and production.- Manage project roadmaps, planning work packages, and ensuring alignment with broader team demands.- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, supporting centralized management systems (ODP storage & Frontify).- Stay updated on industry trends to enhance both tactical and strategic initiatives in animation development.-What are we looking for?-- 3-5 years of experience as a 3D Motion Designer- A strong portfolio showcasing animation skills (a must).- Proficiency in Keyshot (Advanced) and After Effects (Intermediate).- Experience with Illustrator, Unreal Engine, Figma, and Blender is a plus
