Apply todayWhat you will be doing- The Marketing Operations manager will support the Alloga and ICS brands and will report to the Vice president of Global Marketing, IBG. This role will work cross-functionally with our Product Strategy, Commercial, and Marketing teams to support the business strategy and revenue goals for our 3 Pl businesses.This is a full-time position based in our Europe (hybrid working).: We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimising email marketing strategies and journeys to drive the success of our marketing revenue.Design, Implement, and Optimize Email Marketing Journeys: Develop and refine targeted email marketing journeys for World Courier and ICS prospects, leads, and customers based on their specific needs, interests, and interactions with World Courier's various service lines.Email Strategy Leadership: Advise regional marketing teams on best email practices and innovative tactics. Lead the creation and scheduling of global World Courier emails, including monthly newsletters.Lead Management Oversight: Drive processes related to lead identification, qualification, nurturing, scoring and handoff to sales teams in order to maximize conversion rates.Landing Pages & Forms Design:Conceptualise and work with design partners to create high-converting landing pages and forms that capture customer information effectively while adhering to best practices.Data Strategy & Compliance: Supervise data segmentation tasks ensuring accurate targeting while maintaining compliance with local and global data privacy regulations.Test-and-Learn Strategy Ownership: Spearhead a robust test-and-learn approach in marketing automation by leveraging A/B testing and multivariate testing methods - reporting insights back to senior stakeholders regularly.Documentation & Process Improvement: Document processes accurately for future reference while continuously looking for ways to optimize these procedures
