Por ello, hemos creado Sports Emotion : una empresa paraguas que pueda englobar todos los deportes en forma de nuestras marcas.Porque la vida con deporte, tiene más EMOTION y queremos reflejar la constancia y la disciplina de un atleta en nuestra ética de trabajo para ser los mejores #BETHEBEST.¿Te gustaría unirte a este gran equipo?Todo esto no habría sido posible sin nuestros, ahora ya, más de 600 compañerosY seguimos en la búsqueda de talento para continuar con nuestro proceso de expansión, crecimiento y todos los proyectos que están por venir.Es por ello que buscamos un/a Planning Director que garantice la correcta planificación, ejecución y optimización de las operaciones de ventas y compras de una empresa.¿De qué te encargarás?Tendrás un rol crucial en la planificación estratégica y operativa de la empresa, asegurando que todas las actividades de ventas y compras se realicen de manera eficiente y alineada con las metas corporativas, utilizando herramientas avanzadas de análisis y reporting para tomar decisiones informadas y optimizar los procesos operativos y financieros. Tus responsabilidades principales serán:Liderazgo y Gestión de Equipos: Gestionar y dirigir al equipo de analistas y planificadores del negocio, asegurando que trabajen de manera eficiente y alineada con los objetivos de la empresa.Supervisión de Operaciones: Supervisar al equipo de operaciones de producto, asegurando que las operaciones diarias y los proyectos especiales se ejecuten correctamente.Planificación Estratégica: Planificar y coordinar cada temporada a nivel de ventas y compras, proporcionando soporte y guía a los category managers para realizar compras acertadas y alineadas con las expectativas del mercado y de la empresa.Implementación de IBP (Integrated Business Planning): Establecer y mantener un formato de planificación empresarial integrada (IBP) que alinee las expectativas de la compañía, asegurando la coherencia entre la planificación top-down (de arriba hacia abajo) y bottom-up (de abajo hacia arriba).Mejora de Herramientas y Procesos: Introducir nuevas herramientas y metodologías que mejoren la eficiencia en la gestión tanto pre-temporada como in-temporada, optimizando así la planificación y la ejecución operativa
