Repsol Generación Baja en Carbono (Renovables), que se posiciona como uno de los cuatro pilares de negocio del Grupo Repsol en el marco del Plan Estratégico 2021-2025, cuyo objetivo es descarbonizar nuestro porfolio de productos y afianzar la posición de la Compañía como un proveedor multienergía a nivel nacional e internacional, selecciona un/a Permitting Process Sr. Consultant para su centro de trabajo con ubicación en Madrid.Su objetivo dentro de la compañía será asegurar la gestión y ejecución de los proyectos y garantizar el cumplimiento de hitos de inicio de obras, la construcción y la puesta en marcha según los plazos marcados por la compañía. Funciones
Soporte transversal en la tramitación de todos los proyectos en cartera de la dirección de operaciones, durante todas las fases de proyecto e incluyendo asistencia durante la fase de operaciones.Asegurar un conocimiento completo y detallado de la legislación y regulación en términos de autorizaciones y permisos para generar procesos y herramientas para planificación, organización, ejecución y control de las actividades de proyecto en materia de tramitación.Asegurar la gestión efectiva de los permisos obtenidos durante la fase de promoción, así como asegurar su cumplimiento y la obtención de nuevos permisos necesarios para la construcción, energización y operación comercial.Contactar con la administración y representantes de terceras partes en lo que respecta a la gestión de permisos y requerimientos para presentar los documentos en representación de Repsol y atender a las no conformidades. Requisitos
Formación académica: Titulación Superior (Ciencias Ambientales, Biología).Experiencia: Al menos 5 años de experiencia, realizando funciones similares ? Herramientas: Microsoft Office, FIS, herramientas de planificación de proyectos, herramientas de gestión documental.Idiomas: Inglés mínimo nivel B2Otros: Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional Competencias
