This role serves as the primary liaison for the hotel brand and marketing communications teams. The Director is responsible for the efficient management of external agencies, including public relations, creative, and media buying, ensuring these partnerships consistently drive awareness and publicity for the hotel. Additionally, the Director sets strategies for all digital marketing efforts related to e-commerce, focusing on traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, testing, and reporting.
