Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.Your key responsibilitiesDefine and maintain company employer branding strategy (internal & external), including employer brand ownership and reputation management, EVP development, activation, review and maximized ROI.Enabling Talent Acquisition by aligning employer branding efforts with recruitment strategies, leading Recruitment Marketing and Communications sub-streams in shaping & landing the new TA operating model; and ensuring that the EVP and employer brand messaging attract and retain top talentManage and optimize global employer brand presence (including career site, social media platforms, job boards, review sites, digital asset management systems etc.) and key partners to optimize talent attraction and engagement (internal & external) and allow regions to move fast and competitively.Coordinate major global employer branding campaigns (internal & external) in alignment with business priorities, regional needs, communications & brand, culture, DE&I and rest of HR teams.Own the end-to-end process of the employer brand assetsActivate the role of Talent Marketing in contributing to the success of Culture and DE&I agendaInfluence and equip identified employer ambassadors to optimize engagement with targeted audiencesRepresent Employer Brand in the company Brand CouncilWe bringONLY FOR LOCATION NL: Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 88.000 to € 125.000 per year (based on fulltime, including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits (25 holiday days, bonus, etc)
