We are looking for a Product Owner for M365 Addon Services to join our team.
The Product Owner for M365 AddOn services and apps plays a crucial role within the Digital Workplace team.
This individual is tasked with managing a portfolio of M365 applications and services that extend the core functionalities of MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Outlook.
The role demands a strategic approach to ensure the delivery of secure, high-quality, and reliable digital solutions to a global user base.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the Product Owner for M365 AddOn services that enhance the capabilities of core M365 services.Manage a suite of M365 Apps including Loop, Lists, Booking, Viva Insights, Engage, Stream, and others.Oversee the M365 Office Apps suite, focusing on Hardening & Security, Connected Experiences.Facilitate comprehensive Client Integration across various platforms such as Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.Direct End User Communication to ensure users are well-informed of changes and updates.Uphold an Evergreen strategy, continuously enhancing our services to adhere to the latest standards and user expectations.Collaborate closely with Infosys, our outsourcing provider, and internal client teams to ensure seamless application deployment and integration.Align with different product owners of core M365 services to maintain consistency and integration across the service portfolio.Ensure the security and integrity of the application and service portfolio, implementing best practices and safeguarding against potential threats. Education: Graduate or post graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification. Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in in computer scienceExperience in managing cross-departmental IT projects and managing IT suppliersIn-depth knowledge of M365 Apps architecture and service offerings.A strong grasp of security protocols within the M365 ecosystem.Experience in multi-platform integration and client management.Exceptional communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and change management.Demonstrated ability to work in partnership with vendors like Microsoft, Infosys, and other key stakeholders.Experience in preparing strategic decisions and target group-oriented communication at all management levelsCustomer orientation and organisational skills incl.
time management and planningPresentation and good communication skillsKnowledge of Agile Project Management Methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)Ability to link policies, projects, and operations Languages Proficient in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of the German language is a plus.
