.We are offering a Business Data Analyst position to build the global contextual advertising leader.WHO WE ARESeedtag is the leading Contextual Advertising Platform. Our proprietary, machine learning-based technology provides a human-like understanding of the content on the web, the highest level of brand safety in the industry and unmatched cookieless targeting capabilities.We engage with the market on both the demand and supply sides to create, activate and launch high-quality advertising campaigns at scale. We are committed to creating a more beautiful, respectful and engaging way to do advertising.YOUR CHALLENGEYou will get full ownership of our business data, and will be expected to propose and conduct analyses that transform Seedtag's data into significant business opportunities and KPI improvements.You will analyze the performance of our current Contextual products and processes and proactively propose initiatives that seek to improve Seedtag's commercial and operational results.You will develop tools that automate internal processes, increasing efficiency and efficacy of Seedtag teams.You will help build tools that enable the democratization of data inside the company, and allow Seedtag teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.Finally, you will build a solid knowledge of the adTech ecosystem and develop strong business acumen.YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IFYou have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Engineering. Specific certifications / education in Data / Business Intelligence are a plus.You have 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, either start-up, corporate or consulting.You have advanced skills in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.You have experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.You have knowledge of database management systems (e.G., BigQuery, MySQL).You have experience working with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and manipulation.You have experience in data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar and you have knowledge of Excel/Sheets.You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business value.You have the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify information needs and define business requirements.You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.IT WOULD BE A BIG PLUS IF- Have experience in forecasting, trend analysis, and predictive modeling.- Have previous experience in presenting and communicating data analysis results and insights to external stakeholders.SEEDTAG PERKSKey moment to join Seedtag in terms of growth and opportunities.One Seedtag: Work for a month from any of our open offices with travel and stay paid if you're a top performer
