MotorK está cambiando la forma de trabajar de los distintos players de la industria del automóvil. Han desarrollado unas potentes y sencillas herramientas y servicios cloud para ofrecer la mejor experiencia digital al cliente.

Están buscando un Team Lead para uno de sus equipos principales.

Están buscando un Team Lead para su equipo de LeadSpark, una herramienta viva con un impacto muy grande en todo el ecosistema.

Les ayudarás a subir de nivel, mejorando en cuestiones como Testing, principios SOLID, clean code, PR etiquette, Event Driven Architecture… Tu función principal será la de liderar al equipo, pero, también tendrás que "ensuciarte" las manos durante, más o menos, la mitad del tiempo.

Trabajarás en equipo, compartiendo tus conocimientos y experiencia. Encontraréis la solución adecuada para cada reto, mientras buscáis la forma de seguir mejorando, tomando decisiones basadas en datos.

Tu evolución Tu primer día

En 1 mes Después de una calurosa bienvenida, te familiarizarás con las dinámicas del equipo y el mercado en el que trabajan.

Te empaparás de la arquitectura y lo que ya está montado en el lado más técnico y en cuanto a lo humano, entenderás el punto de madurez en que se encuentra el equipo y los desafíos que tienen que afrontar.

Quieren que sepas que en Motork, las buenas ideas son bienvenidas desde el primer día Administrar los planes de carrera del equipo, dando las herramientas necesarias para que todos los miembros crezcan y se desarrollen. 1:1's con el equipo y proporcionar feedback constante. Fomentar las relaciones entre equipos y con los stakeholders, mejora de la comunicación y la colaboración. Formar parte de los procesos de selección. Serás el nexo con la capa de management, dando datos sobre la evolución del equipo. Toma de decisiones orientada a objetivos y basada en datos. Mantener el equilibrio ejecución - desempeño - sostenibilidad. Liderarás un equipo de unas 4 personas que podrá variar a lo largo del tiempo. Te preocuparás de crear y mantener buen código, pero sabiendo que el código es solo una herramienta para aportar valor a los clientes. Te cuestionarás siempre el porqué de las cosas que hacéis para poder estar seguro de que estáis resolviendo problemas reales. Sabes que para cualquier solución técnica propuesta, la ejecución es un factor clave de éxito. Te empeñarás en ser Data-Driven, midiendo todo aquello que le permita a tu equipo encontrar oportunidades de mejora. Por cuestiones administrativas solo pueden admitir candidatos con residencia legal y/o pasaporte en alguno de los siguientes países donde están presentes: España, Italia, Portugal, y Francia.

Están buscando a alguien senior en cuanto a desarrollo de software que lleve ya un tiempo dedicando parte o toda su jornada a la gestión de equipos. Comunicarte en Inglés tanto oralmente como por escrito. Te encantan los retos y pones el foco en aportar valor y resolver problemas reales. Desde el punto de vista técnico, los requisitos necesarios son:

Tienes una amplia experiencia en labores de desarrollo e ingeniería de software, usando OOP y trabajando con REST Api. Tienes experiencia con testing en general. Has trabajado de manera intensiva con gestión de colas y/o arquitecturas orientadas a eventos. Estás acostumbrado a trabajar con pipelines CI/CD. Las bases de datos SQL no tienen secretos para ti. Estaría bien:

Te sientes cómodo trabajando en entornos de contenedores con Docker. Tienes experiencia trabajando y configurando herramientas APM. ???? 1.000 € presupuesto anual de formación.
