Benevity is seeking a Foundation Treasury Analyst to join our Foundation Accounting and Reconciliation team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Foundation Accounting and Reconciliation, you will play a key role in enhancing our Treasury function for our Foundation partners by being responsible for daily cash management and reporting, financial modeling and analysis. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams and make a significant contribution to our company's success.

What you'll do:Cash Management and Reporting: Manage global cash activities for numerous global entities, including monitoring positions, forecasting flow and reporting balancesExecute bank transfers between accounts for cash optimizationSupport global foundation cash management through weekly and monthly cash flow monitoringMonitor and reconcile monthly bank charges in accordance with agreementsReview and implement treasury processes for efficiencyOversee cash forecast preparation and maintenanceCreate and manage comprehensive financial models for cash flow projection, and working capital optimizationAnalyze historical data, integrate emerging trends, and assess scenarios for accurate and timely cash flow projectionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecasting methods, refine model accuracy, and optimize financial planning and decision-makingCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Financial Operations to support cash flow management as it pertains to donation disbursement cyclesRegularly engage with other internal stakeholders, financial reporting teams, and operations, to offer essential supportProvide assistance with treasury-related matters and special projects as neededWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years of professional experience in corporate treasury or corporate financeExperience in managing multiple currenciesStrong financial modeling experience using Microsoft Office ExcelAdaptable, flexible, and resourceful problem-solver with a can-do attitudeCollaborative professional who takes ownership and drives issues to resolutionSelf-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectivelyProficient in Excel, Oracle or Intacct (an asset), and Google Suite (Drive, Mail, Sheets)High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountabilityDiscover your purpose at workWe're not employees, we're Benevity-ites.
