Norwegian are now looking for Customer Care Coordinator to join our Customer Care Team in Barcelona Support Office. If you are a person with a strong dedication of helping customers and give them the best customer experience, you may be the person we are looking for. This includes everything from the booking process until the passenger leaves the airport. We are looking for consultants to ensure that we can deliver excellent customer service, good and relevant communication across all channels (phone, e-mail, social media, live chat). You will report directly to Team Leader at Support Office, Barcelona.
You will be responsible for Providing frontline booking assistance for our customers via different channels (Phone, chat, social media and email)Resolving acute issues related to our customers' travel needsHandling customer claims and feedback in various channelsPerforming administrative tasks to support business requirements as and when needed This job will be for you if You are service minded and positive attitudeYou have high degree of flexibilityYou have the ability to multitask in a dynamic, high paced environmentYou have the ability to take ownership and solve problemsYou have "Can do" attitude and a willingness to pitch in with other tasks as needed You are our ideal candidate if You are native in one of the following languages: Norwegian, Swedish or DanishYour English language skills minimum B2 level (verbal and written)You have frontline customer service experience, preferably in an airline, contact center or airport experienceYou have experience working in digital platforms and quick to grasp new technologyYou are confident and professional on the phoneYou have good working knowledge of MS OfficeAMADEUS or other GDS systems knowledge will be an advantageSo what are you waiting for?
