EtherMail has been founded by serial entrepreneurs Shant Kevonian and Gerald Heydenreich (eg exit of buyvip to Amazon) is located in Liechtenstein, Spain, Germany and Argentina and has received more than 7 M € in funding from top tier VC funds such as fabric, greenfield and Tim Draper.
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically-minded Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming data into insights that drive business value. By analysing complex data sets, you will help optimise our operations and contribute to our strategic decisions, ensuring EtherMail continues to lead in the web3 email space.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute data collection processes to ensure comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of the data.Perform regular analyses of business data, including sales performance, market trends, and user engagement.Create and maintain rich interactive visualisations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.Work with cross-functional teams to address business issues and provide data insights that support decision-making.Translate business needs into end-user friendly reports and dashboards for stakeholders.Monitor analytics and metrics results, presenting key data findings to senior management to support strategic decisions.Skills and Qualifications Strong analytical skills with experience in using statistical tools and business intelligence software (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, Tableau, Power BI).Implementing new ETL flows in PythonDefine and follow-up KPIs so that business performance and user behaviour can be assessed and compared over periods of timeProficient in managing large datasets and comfortable with extracting and aggregating data from various sources.Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex datasets into understandable and actionable insights.Proactive and independent, able to identify and execute tasks to advance the business agenda.Familiarity with blockchain, web3 technologies, and the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.Nice to Haves 2-4 years of experience in a data/analytics role.Experience in a startup environment, particularly in tech or web3.A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.Previous roles that included data modelling, forecasting, or financial analysis.Experience in the AWS ecosystem.Fast learner with a proactive attitudeWhat we Offer Work for a VC funded web3 company with an ambition to build the next unicornA hybrid work model based in BarcelonaHigh degree of flexibility and responsibility to achieve goalsCompetitive compensation depending on experience (range 40-50k), benefits and token participation#J-18808-Ljbffr
