As a result, the company's expertise on property-related matters, market trends and lifestyle are recognized both nationally and internationally.Join us today and be part of one the top real estate agencies in Spain where your success is guaranteedMain responsibilitiesIn-depth knowledge of Madrid city in order to list rental properties in target areas.Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with landlords while ensuring company commission policy is in place.Manage client relationships and insure proactive communication with both landlords and tenantsDeal with allocated clients(tenants) from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the rental dealsManage the full rental cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for landlords and tenants in order to close dealsKeep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity Requirements Requirements Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. Specific knowledge of Madrid´s market, key areas and central locations is preferred In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes Advanced in English and Spanish Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top resultsFinancially and results-oriented and able to work in an international teamProactive with a 'can-do' attitudeOrganized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on personOutstanding levels of customer service preferably used to work with demanding national and international clients We offer an indefinite full-time position with a good basic salary, high commissions and performance bonuses.
