.About the Hiring Company A top international oil and gas service company, known for its commitment to innovation, specializes in guiding the energy sector towards enhanced efficiency and sustainability.With opportunities for career advancement and a strong emphasis on employee growth, working here is highly valued.They offer solutions in digital transformation and decarbonization, underlining their dedication to reducing environmental impacts.This pioneering company, with a history spanning several decades, is recognized for its significant contributions to a sustainable energy future.Your Mission as a Cementing Equipment Operator As a Cementing Equipment Operator, your mission is to execute critical cementing operations that ensure well integrity and zonal isolation.You will be at the forefront of operations, managing complex cementing processes with precision, ensuring safety, and maintaining operational efficiency.Your role is vital in achieving successful well completions and supporting the overall drilling process.You Will Be Handling These Duties and Responsibilities as a Cementing Equipment Operator Execute Cementing Operations: Operate and maintain cementing equipment, ensuring all job deliverables are met with accuracy and on time.Pre-Job Planning: Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings to align with the crew on job specifics, safety measures, and operational procedures.Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the equipment in a safe working order, adhering to industry standards and reporting any issues or deviations promptly.Safety Management: Uphold safety standards by ensuring personal and crew compliance with safety protocols, including the use of PPE and adherence to HSE policies.Rig Up/Rig Down: Prepare and manage the setup and teardown of equipment efficiently, minimizing downtime and ensuring readiness for operation.Pressure Management: Operate and troubleshoot pressurized surface equipment, ensuring safe handling and operation in line with competency levels and job requirements.Training and Compliance: Continuously update and maintain required safety training to stay compliant with industry regulations.Qualifications and Skills that Will Allow You to Thrive as a Cementing Equipment Operator Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in pressure and chemical management preferred.Experience: Proven experience in handling and operating pressurized surface equipment, with a deep understanding of cementing processes in the oil and gas industry.Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of pressure management, cementing techniques, and surface equipment operations.Language Proficiency: Medium proficiency in English, capable of effectively communicating technical details and safety instructions.Safety Focused: Strong commitment to safety, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks in high-pressure environments
