As an Italian Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to utilize your language skills to attract Italian-speaking candidates and effectively communicate with them. You will work closely with employers to understand their hiring needs and identify potential candidates who meet their requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing candidate skills and qualifications, and presenting the best candidates to the employers.
Responsibilities Identify and attract Italian-speaking candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for specific job openings. Assess candidate resumes, portfolios, and applications to determine their suitability for available positions. Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and develop a deep knowledge of the job requirements. Match candidates with employers based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
