Global Logistics Coordinator

Job ResponsibilitiesManage the sales order process through to billing using SAP status reports, ensuring adherence to corporate shipment guidelines.
Process sales orders within agreed deadlines and inform customers and sales team of delivery dates and changes.
Liaise with Sales and Technical Support to ensure deliveries meet customer expectations.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Support to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Ensure quotations are prepared by the sales team for each order processed.
Assist in resolving customer queries and credit notes promptly to facilitate cash collection.
Confirm orders with Sales Reps and/or customers, verifying details to minimize invoicing errors.
Handle customer complaints and warranty issues to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure subscriptions are invoiced timely and accurately.
Verify that all information issued, whether written or verbal, is accurate and authorized.
Carry out all work in accordance with the company's quality system.
Maintain comprehensive filing system in SAP, including archiving and disposal of records per company policy.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Operations Manager.
Education / Qualifications / Experience / Computer Skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
Experience with SAP SD, MM, and Supply Chain modules (R/3 or HANA).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong PC skills, including MS Office.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
Adaptable to changing business needs.
Language Requirements
Fluent written and verbal proficiency in German and English is required.
Additional languages are a strong advantage.
