Currently, the team is seeking a Senior Electronics Industrialisation Engineer to join the team and help continue their success. This role will be supporting the company to bring cutting edge technology from concept to mass production.
What you will be doing:
Leading the design and integration of electronic hardware for next-gen motorcycles, from schematics and PCB design to testing and mass production.
Develop innovative manufacturing processes, troubleshoot hardware issues, and optimize for cost without compromising quality.
Play a vital role in vehicle testing, validation, and certification, ensuring products are fit for purpose.
Collaborate with wider teams to ensure the successful integration of battery technology.
What we are looking for:
Degree qualified in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in high-volume consumer electronics (ideally with automotive or similar industry).
Someone who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments (bonus points if you've worked at a startup or in the high-tech industry).
Proven experience gained in designing both analog and digital circuits.
Excellent communication skills with both expert and non-expert audiences.
