¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?Idioma del programa: Inglés (oral y escrito); el español es un plus.
Experiencia en SAP: Amplia experiencia en el diseño y entrega de proyectos de transformación SAP en la cadena de suministro.
Conocimientos en SAP Supply Chain: Sólidas capacidades y conocimientos para trabajar con terceros en la ejecución de una hoja de ruta SAP, incluyendo definición del blueprint, especificación funcional, configuración de módulos (WRICEF), diseño y configuración del inquilino S4/H, CI/CD (OT), migración de datos (LSMW), Integración en la Plataforma SAP Cloud (CPI), Conector SAP Business, SAP PI/PO y Administración de Usuarios.
Experiencia Internacional: Amplia experiencia trabajando en un entorno complejo, multicultural y multinacional.
Trabajo en Equipo: Ser un jugador de equipo efectivo tanto dentro como fuera de la organización IS/IT.
Capacidades de Liderazgo: Debe tener habilidades de liderazgo y ser capaz de interactuar efectivamente con los equipos de negocio y colegas de IS/IT.
Relaciones Efectivas: Experiencia y capacidad para construir relaciones de trabajo efectivas y colaborar con el negocio y otras partes interesadas clave.
Comunicación Clara: Capacidad para comunicarse (verbalmente y por escrito) con diferentes niveles en la organización y con terceros de manera clara y efectiva.
Tu misión en el puestoDiseño y Ejecución: Responsable del diseño y la ejecución de los componentes de S/4HANA bajo los procesos de negocio de la cadena de suministro.
Integración: Define, cuando sea aplicable, el enfoque de integración entre S4/HANA Finance y las aplicaciones no SAP.
Mantenimiento y Mejora: Una vez que una versión entra en funcionamiento, y después del período de garantía del Integrador de Sistemas (SI), continúa trabajando con los Propietarios de Procesos de Negocio (BPOs) para mantener la funcionalidad existente, discutir mejoras potenciales y aplicarlas en el sistema si se aprueban.
