They play an important role in ensuring the smooth operations and delivery excellence of their clients' projects.He/she is responsible for delivering a completed project on time, on specification, and on budget.The successful candidate will use their superior problem-solving skills, a passion for production, marketing and advertising and a desire to learn. They are highly organized and accountable leaders, who are able to build relationships and collaborate drawing on the expertise of Hogarth's resources and capabilities.RESPONSABILITIESCommunicationThe key day-to-day project contact with lower to high-level clients and creative agenciesPossesses accurate sense of client satisfaction level - facilitates the sharing client feedback with the team and management; sensitive to the client's needs and concernsTakes accountability to ensure that all team members are aware of timelines and deliverablesDevelops and maintains high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, collaboration, productivity diversity and engagement)Serves as a mentor/coach to junior producersProcessManage all range of projects independently, from initiation through completionServe as the production expert on audiovisual campaigns, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency Must be used to work with people in charge and in several projects at the same time
