Be ready to deal with end to end solution design and implementation of new services and capabilities and be in charge to continously enhance and improve security, compliance, governance, as well as technical aspects like automation, around our Microsoft 365 platform.Responsibilities:Continuous development of the Microsoft 365 core platform including identifying, evaluating, and deploying new platform capabilities, processes, and solutions to meet security, compliance and regulatory requirementsDesign, implement and operationalize Microsoft 365 security, governance and compliance controls to mitigate identified risks and meet SwissRe internal standardsDrive technical security policy improvements with Swiss Re stakeholdersAssist in third level support cases interfacing both with Microsoft and internal teamsDrive operational excellence and automationEnsure SwissRe Microsoft 365services and platform meet dynamically developing security and compliance requirements, and continuously improve M365 service security posture, including creation of run books, training and knowledge transferAbout the TeamWe in Digital Workplace (DWP) set out to make it easy for more than 14 000 employees to seamlessly connect with people, ideas and expertise within and beyond Swiss Re.The key to success is to ensure we understand business needs of our internal clients and identify where we can benefit from the relevant technology and focus on how people will embrace such changes.
