Desde Randstad Professionals estamos buscando un perfil para liderar el área de contratos. Un perfil contract manager para la provincia de Córdoba.

tus funciones
* Proporcionar soporte de gestión de contratos y revisiones de contratos tanto para los equipos de ventas y marketing como para la oficina de gestión de proyectos.
* Liderar las actividades de gestión de contratos garantizando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y brindando orientación a los equipos de proyectos multifuncionales.
* Desarrollar una estrategia de gestión de contratos.
* Supervisar la ejecución oportuna y precisa de los aspectos comerciales dentro de las carteras/subcontratos de contratos.
* Apoyar al equipo durante las licitaciones.
* Verificar que todas las partes cumplan con sus obligaciones contractuales y evaluar el éxito del contrato.
* Colaborar con HE Legal en estrategias de negociación, resolución de disputas y redacción de acuerdos de conciliación.
* Desarrollar e implementar planes de oportunidades y mitigación de riesgos en colaboración con las partes interesadas relevantes.
* Garantizar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones de bonos y seguros en los contratos y coordinar con la Gestión de Riesgos de Seguros y Finanzas para sucesos que puedan estar cubiertos por un seguro proporcionado por el cliente/tercero o por HE.
* Apoyar la Gestión de Riesgos de Seguros en la producción de informes de daños y garantizar el manejo preciso de los asuntos de control de exportaciones, considerando restricciones, leyes de destino, países, clientes y productos.
requisitos del puesto
Formación : Ingeniero Técnico, Licenciado, Licenciado: Administración y Dirección de Empresas.
Idiomas : Inglés: C1.
Conocimientos : Acuerdos contractuales durante ciclo de vida de proyectos, experiencia previa en el sector energético, conocimiento práctico/experiencia práctica en contratos de entrega de productos, experiencia en la gestión de cambios de proyectos, gestión de reclamos y cuestiones legales, buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar y negociar.
Experiencia : 3 años.
* Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión de contratos.
* Experiencia en el procesamiento, gestión y administración de diversos tamaños, tipos y complejidad de acuerdos contractuales durante las etapas de licitación, ejecución y cierre del ciclo de vida de proyectos.
* Grado o Licenciatura en Derecho.
* Nivel inglés C1.
