The role In theIT Infrastructures area, we are looking for a Systems Engineer for Distributed Platforms team, with high background on managing large infrastructures, specially focused on Linux/Unix and Virtualization (VMware) technologies. What your responsibilities will be You will: Acquire know-How and technical knowledge for all related Linux/Unix servicesTechnical reference for the managed services and last technical escalation pointIn conjunction with Service Manager and Project Leader, define and implement Technical evolutive roadmapContinuously assess and define how to optimize and improve the global infrastructureProject analysis, design and implementationEvolve and define best practices, guidelines and standardsCollaboration on cross projects and mostly implementation phase for strategic onesMaintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues, always with the aim of collaborate and achieve common goals#LI-EV1 What we need to see from you Who you are To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
