So far, we have 10,000+ people working around the world, from our offices and remotely, to help us achieve our mission.About the role This team's scope is wide — leading on the integration of engineering, data science, operations, and design — to continue changing the way the world does money.We're looking for a Senior Product Owner who knows how to take responsibility over the roadmap of the credit cards product, including day-to-day operations, project execution, and addressing risks. From conception to launch and beyond, you'll collaborate cross-functionally and be the go-to person for your product.What you'll be doing Setting the vision for the credit card products in the respective market, understanding how it connects to Revolut's goalsBuilding credit card products with world-class customer experiences and understanding the full credit lifecycle of a customerEstablishing your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with Revolut's mission and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategyWorking closely with Design and UX Research to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experienceLiaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of the product.Collaborating with other stakeholders, such as Product Marketing, Legal, and Product StrategyWhat you'll need Hands-on experience building and scaling credit card products or other credit products from scratch.Experience in managing people (Product Owners, Engineering, Operations, and Design).An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices.High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation.Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners.Bias towards action and bootstrapping major projects, rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on.A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment.Nice to have Experience working in a top tier Credit Cards businessIn-depth understanding of Credit Cards PnL and unit economicsCompensation range Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
