Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Payment Operations Specialist with a passion for ensuring seamless fiat and cryptocurrency transactions. In this role, you'll handle the full payment lifecyclefrom execution to reconciliationworking closely with banks and third-party providers to resolve any issues and improve efficiency. You'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering excellent service to customers. Key Responsibilities: Execute and monitor daily fiat and cryptocurrency payments (on-ramp and off-ramp) for a global customer base. Reconcile payment flows, ensuring all funds are accurately credited and debited. Monitor transaction flows and resolve any issues or bottlenecks to maintain smooth payment operations. Collaborate with banks and third-party payment providers to address delays or issues in transactions. Ensure compliance with AML , KYC , and other regulatory requirements related to payments. Provide timely and efficient customer support for payment-related queries, troubleshooting transaction errors when needed. Assist in the integration of new payment methods and gateways to expand service offerings. Prepare timely and accurate reports on payment operations for management review. Continuously improve and optimize payment processing procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications: Experience : 3-5 years in payment processing , banking , or financial operations . Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology . Familiarity with bank payment networks and cryptocurrency wallets . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot payment issues effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in transaction processing. Location: Remote (Candidates in CET/GMT time zones are preferred).
