Desde RightHand , compañía especializada en atracción del talento digital y contratación, estamos colaborando en la búsqueda de un Marketing Assistant para nuestro cliente, una marca reconocida en el sector de la salud y el bienestar, especializada en suplementos nutricionales de alta calidad.
Buscamos un/a Marketing Assistant con al menos 2 años de experiencia en departamentos de marketing, preferiblemente en sectores como gran consumo (FMCG), OTC, retail o laboratorios farmacéuticos.
Esta persona colaborará en el diseño y ejecución de estrategias de marketing enfocadas en la promoción de marca en punto de venta, y será responsable del análisis de resultados y gestión del CRM.
Colaborar en la definición y ejecución de estrategias de marketing para incrementar la visibilidad y rotación de la marca en punto de venta.
Diseñar, coordinar e implementar promociones junto a la Dirección de Marketing y Comunicación.
Analizar e interpretar datos clave de marketing: ventas, cuota, resultados de campañas, comportamiento del consumidor, etc.
Gestionar y mantener actualizado el CRM de la compañía (Salesforce, Jobspot, Brevo), asegurando la calidad y segmentación adecuada de los datos.
Participar en campañas de fidelización, lead nurturing y acciones automatizadas desde el CRM.
Coordinar con equipos comerciales y de comunicación para alinear acciones promocionales.
Apoyar en la elaboración de presentaciones y materiales internos y externos.
Grado en Marketing, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Comunicación o similares.
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares, dentro de entornos de FMCG, OTC, retail o farma.
Nivel de inglés mínimo B2 (First Certificate o equivalente).
Experiencia en el uso y gestión de herramientas CRM como Salesforce, Jobspot, Brevo.
Conocimiento en marketing en punto de venta (Trade Marketing) y estrategias promocionales.
Manejo avanzado de Excel, PowerPoint y plataformas de análisis de datos.
