The OpportunityPosition: Digital Marketing GraduateContract: 1-year temporary contract dedicated to nurturing young talentEligibility: Must have graduated within the last 3 yearsAbout Us: Join our dynamic team and collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to shape and implement the global digital strategy for Benetton and Shakira perfumes. You'll be instrumental in helping local market teams launch top-tier campaigns.Your Mission: Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to craft and execute cutting-edge digital strategies in LATAM. Your creativity and drive will help bring our brands to new heightsWhat you'll get to doDigital Marketing Campaigns:- Coordinate with internal departments (Product Development, Communication, Operational Marketing) to ensure timely delivery of essential materials for digital marketing projects.- Brief agencies to develop creative assets and launch books for new products and key seasonal campaigns (XMAS, Mother's Day, Father ´s Day, etc.) in line with our strategy.- Participate in team brainstorms and assist in photo & video content productions.Digital Assets:- Manage a variety of digital assets and copywriting tasks across main digital channels: e-tailers, paid media, own website, and organic social media.- Ensure correct uploading and tagging of assets on our internal platform (DAM, XNET) and support local teams in accessing these resources.Social Media:- Brief and oversee specialized agency for social media content planning on Instagram and TikTok.- Act as a mediator between the brand and local market teams to ensure a localized approach to content strategy.- Collaborate with the communication team to feature top influencer content on our social media platforms.Email Marketing:- Lead the execution of the email marketing plan, including content storytelling, setting up creatives in the CMS, briefing developer for send-outs, and analyzing results.- Manage the internal data-catching tool and customize landing pages for specific campaign needs.We'd love to meet you if you haveRequirements:- Experience: 1-2 years in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Content Development.- Education: Degree in Marketing & Business, Advertising, or Communications.- Languages: Fluent in Spanish, good level of English (both written and spoken).- Skills:- Highly organized and agile- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities- Digital project management experience (agency or brand side)- Eye for design and creativiy, strong interest in beauty industry- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly PowerPoint- Experience with TikTok content creation is a big plus- Experience with email marketing CMS tools, EXPONEA or Bloomreach is a big plusA few things you'll love about usA range of learning and development opportunitiesAn entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work cultureAn international company with plenty of opportunities to growHybrid work policyOn onsite gym and restaurant#J-18808-Ljbffr
