The role will involve ensuring compliance with Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) regulations, facilitating the claims process, and providing support to employees who have been injured on the job. The candidate will serve as a liaison between employees, healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely and effective resolution of workers' compensation matters.Position ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Design and manage compensation and benefits programs.Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive compensation packages.Generate HR related reports.Assist with event planning and logistics.Support procurement tasks and other HR related duties as needed.Candidate QualificationsWONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION?All Positive, And Driven Applicants Are Encouraged To Apply.
