After the training, you'll have the chance to work with us or get hired by one of our partners.Submit Your ApplicationOnce you submit your application, we will schedule a brief meeting to know each other and walk through your studies, experiences, and passions.Tech InterviewAfter the first interview, if your profile still matches what we are looking for, you'll be interviewed by one of our senior developers or quality assurance engineers for a tech interview.Complete the TrainingIf you have all the right cards on the table, you'll join Lasting Dynamics Academy, an onboarding training of 30-60 days where you'll learn how to use agile practices at work, basic software architectures and design patterns, work in a team, quality assurance practices and much more.Join One of Our TeamsOnce you complete the Academy, we will propose you a position in one of our teams and you will start immediately to work on real projects.Skills UpgradeLearn the latest technology and practices and keep your working process agile and smooth.
You will receive guidance and support from a mentor from the first day.Code ReviewOur team is at your disposal some hours per week to answer your questions and review your code, giving you feedback.
