Nos estamos preparando para la transformación hacia el vehículo eléctrico, al mismo tiempo que digitalizamos los procesos y desarrollamos y capacitamos a nuestrxs empleadxs.

En línea con este compromiso, buscamos ampliar nuestro equipo de producción con perfiles técnicos para liderar el proceso hacia la electrificación. En este sentido, la batería es un elemento fundamental en el vehículo eléctrico, es por ello que buscamos personas con muchas ganas que quieran formar parte de este apasionante reto.

Aquellas personas que estén interesadas en sumarse al proyecto, lo harían en un inicio en SEAT Componentes para, posteriormente, trasladarse a la nueva planta de ensamblaje de sistemas de baterías en Martorell, una vez finalice su construcción.

El área de Producción, necesita incorporar a una persona en su equipo como **Technical testing Battery planning.**

Sus **tareas principales** **serán**:

- Asegurar procesos de industrialización: estudiar, planificar, valorar, definir, implantar y optimizar (seguridad, producto, proceso, calidad, tiempos de fabricación, costes) los procesos de fabricación en lo que respecta a Layout, Instalaciones, Máquinas, Utillajes, Calibres, Transferizados y Materiales.
- Modificaciones de producto: estudiar y valorar la introducción de nuevas piezas y/o conjuntos (cálculo de inversiones, cálculo de tiempos de fabricación, plazos de resolución,..).
- Gestión de proveedores: seguir las actividades relacionadas con la industrialización de nuevos productos especialmente con aquellos componentes relacionados con el vehículo eléctrico.
- Definir y mantener la documentación técnica del Proceso de Fabricación: planos de piezas, planos de medios, ciclos de trabajo, fichas de operación, parámetros de proceso.
- Coordinar reuniones técnicas con proveedores, centros técnicos y fábricas del Consorcio VW con el objetivo de estudiar nuevas tecnologías, seguimiento de actividades, análisis y resolución de problemas.
- Representar y participar activamente en los SETs y Fachteams consorciales
- Participar en la transformación digital del departamento

Requisitos mínimos

**Formación**:

- Ingeniería Ramas técnicas o Grado Superior

**Formación específica**:

- Aplicaciones generales Seat/Consorcio
- Ofimática Avanzada
- Vehículos Eléctrico
- Análisis de Problemas
- Gestión de Calidad

**Idiomas**:

- Inglés Medio y/o Alemán Avanzado

**Otros**:

- Técnico especialista en ESD (Electro Static Discharge)
- Técnica de montaje completo de Batería
- Análisis Propagación Térmica
- Test de verificación eléctrica de Batería
- Test de verificación de estanqueidad en cajas de aluminio y batería completa
- Técnicas y sistemas de calidad
- Analista de Procesos
- Se valorará experiência en la industria del Automóvil
- Experiência con Proveedores
