If so, we are interested in your profile, as we are looking for a Regional Director, Spain and Portugal whose main missions will be to:- The Regional Director is responsible for maximizing student recruitment in Spain and Portugal by managing the sales team members and Gold Partners to achieve new student recruitment goals.- The Regional Director will implement the region's annual marketing and enrolment plan and will be accountable for delivering growth against targets and KPIs.- Manage the team to plan and execute in-person field and remote activities aimed at lead generation and conversion such as high school engagement, discovery days, university visits, 1:1 student meetings, field events, workshops, webinars and seminars and other key demand generation and pipeline engagement activities.- Provide insights to the marketing team to inform the approach in the region to building brand awareness for Glion, Les Roches and École Ducasse programs. These insights should inform brand positioning that is resonant for the audience's requirements, their values, motivations and preferences and shape marketing content development to deliver meaningful engagement with prospective students as well as with high school counsellors, university partners etc.- Work closely with the marketing team on the strategy and tactics for direct digital lead generation, aligning it with the regional recruitment plan and including the profiling and geo targeting of relevant prospects and advising on the storytelling, messages and calls-to-action that will resonate.- Report back to the business on progress against objectives based on agreed key performance metrics, providing market insight and competitor analysis where required.- Travelling frequently throughout the region, depending on the season and activity, to manage the team and partners and to deliver the objectives and responsibilities set out above.
