Estamos seleccionando un Chatbot Engineer para colaborar en el desarrollo de un conocido Asistente de voz de empresa de Telecomunicaciones.
Tus funciones serán: Dar consejos u orientación a los usuarios del servicio sobre cómo diseñar sus soluciones o casos de uso.
Crear y difundir materiales técnicos para desarrolladores, incluidas guías prácticas, arquitecturas de referencia, ejemplos de código, seminarios web y capacitaciones.
Compartir tu experiencia y pasión participando activamente en eventos, realizando sesiones de capacitación y creando contenido técnico para desarrolladores.
Ser la voz de los distintos equipos de desarrolladores internamente durante las discusiones sobre productos, evaluando las prioridades de los errores y las solicitudes de funciones.
Participar activamente en la evolución del servicio en su núcleo y / o extensiones o casos de uso particulares.
Se ofrece: Contrato indefinido.
Ubicación: la sede del proyecto está en Alcobendas (Madrid) pero se puede trabajar en remoto hasta que se pueda volver a las oficinas de forma segura.
Horario: de lunes a jueves de 8-9h (horario flexible de comienzo) hasta las 17:30/18:30h.
Los viernes de 8:00h a 15:00h.
Fecha de incorporación: noviembre 2020.
SBA: 40.000€ Requisitos Requisitos mínimos Se requiere experiencia en: Programación en NodeJS + TypeScript y / o Python como lenguajes de programación.
Microsoft Azure Bot Service y servicios cognitivos como Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services, Familiarizado con metodologías ágiles y Git.
El conocimiento general de BDD (MongoDB) y script.
Fluidez en inglés y español, escrito y hablado.
