There has never been a better time to join our Kingdom than today Role Overview: As the Head of Talent, you will lead the build-out of our global recruitment strategy with a focus on delivery of critical roles across the organisation as well as getting to grips with the business and its talent needs. You will have accountability for the delivery and development of a team of Talent Partners and the ability to work alongside others to ensure delivery.
This role will own the overall delivery on how the talent team bring the talent strategy to life. Offering guidance and support to the talent partners and supporting the team with initiatives that are inventive and creative to source hard to find talent. You will also be required to provide hands on expertise for key roles as well as drive the companies Employer Brand and EVP to ensure we become an employer of choice.
his role has responsibility and accountability for optimising the output and driving continuous improvements within the talent team. You should identify opportunities to support and further develop your overall team's capability. The team must be able to communicate with and work alongside key line managers within the company and understand the crucial requirements of our business areas, to bring on board talent that fits KingMakers.
You must be experienced in the use of a TMS that drives progress forward. Regular accurate, timely reporting is required, and you must be on top of the data at all times. What you will be doing: Design: Architect scalable and robust talent solutions ensuring data integrity, high availability, and future growth. Build: Exceptional talent at KingMakers. Benchstrengh availability in all key areas with pipelines that are continuously fed. Test: Ensure the quality of your team's output with the use of hiring and attrition metrics. Run: Monitor and maintain the smooth operation of the teams ability to hire at scale and pace. Document: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation along with TMS usage that is used and kept updated according to regulation. Talent Development: Lead the development and delivery of your Talent Team. Ensure critical capabilities in Tech and Product are part of the team. Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the company to enhance the talent teams capabilities and align with company priorities. What you need for this role: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of talent partners, including recruitment, mentoring, and performance management. EMEA In-house recruitment experience developed within a high growth tech SME or Start Up. Experience with high-volume and requisition-based recruitment across tech and non-tech disciplines. You must have experience of being data driven and comfortable using data, analysis, and reporting to influence decision making processes. Demonstrable experience in designing scalable recruitment solutions that support short-, medium and long-term recruitment and hiring plans. Previous experience with owning and managing a budget. Previous experience with talent mapping, competitor analysis and out of the box development of talent attraction strategies. Comfortable presenting and influencing executive leadership. Experience with a range of talent tools from ATS, HRIS and recruitment platforms. Analytic skills to not only produce but also use data to support hiring solutions.
