We believe that our advantage is that we WORK TOGETHER, and we celebrate our diverse backgrounds as critical to our business success.Are you our next EVOlutioneer?Job DescriptionSPANISHConocer y cumplir la legislación en materia de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.Aplicar la normativa legal en materia de prevención y los criterios de normalización y control de calidad de los medios y equipos de protección.Conocimiento de la normativa local en materia de Salud y Seguridad.Desarrollo de los planes de simulacros de evacuación.Actualización del plan de emergencia y evaluaciones de riesgos.Evaluación y adaptación del lugar de trabajo para las personas que requieren asistencia.Coordinación de reconocimientos médicos.Coordinación y comunicación con el proveedor externo de salud y seguridad y Mutua.Desarrollo de programa en la empresa para promover el bienestar de los empleados.Formación e información de los empleados.ENGLISHKnowing and complying with the legislation on Occupational Risk Prevention.Applying the legal regulations on prevention and the criteria of standardization and quality control of the means and equipment of protection.Knowledge of the local regulations on Health and Safety.Development of evacuation drill plans.Updating of the emergency plan and risk assessments.Assessment and adaptation of the workplace for people requiring assistance.Coordination of medical examinations.Coordination and communication with the external health and safety provider and Mutual.Development of an in-company programme to promote employee wellbeing.Training and information for employees.QualificationsSPANISH2 años de experiencia en el ámbito de la salud y la seguridad en el trabajo.Inglés avanzado (B2 – C1).Máster oficial en las tres especialidades.Capacidad para trabajar con consultores o cualquier proveedor externo relacionado.ENGLISH2 years of Experience in the Occupational Health and Safety field.Approachable and understanding, with strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (both verbal and written).Master's Degree in Health and Safety.Ability to work alongside consultants or any related external supplier or provider.
