This is a key position on the Operations and Course Management team within the Digital Learning unit of IE University.
The Executive Director – Online Stackable Corporate Programs will oversee the delivery of online stackable corporate programs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless program management, delivery, student satisfaction, and continuous improvement and innovation.
This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial-minded leader with expertise in program management, corporate training, and online education.

Responsibilities Your role as The Executive Director – Online Stackable Corporate Programs will involve: Oversight of Program Delivery and Program Management Team Oversee the end-to-end delivery of stackable online programs, ensuring high-quality and engaging corporate learning experiences that are in line with IE academic standards and rigor.
Guide, mentor, and support the program management team to ensure effective planning and execution of all program initiatives.
Foster a collaborative culture within the team to drive innovation and responsiveness to corporate and learner needs.
Develop and implement strategic goals to meet client needs and continually improve the learning experience.
Internal and External Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary liaison between corporate partners and internal teams to deliver custom programs according to corporate needs
