Today, with 7 offices in Europe and points of sale in more than 20 European countries, Havaianas offers innovative and high-quality products, through color, joy, and a comfortable and sophisticated lifestyle.Purpose of the Role:The Demand Planner position must look at both short and long-term scenarios of the supply chain. In the short-term environment, the planner must ensure that all goods purchased are properly under production, on time, and will be shipped to Europe respecting client's date requests. In the long-term, the demand planner must prepare Sales and Purchase forecasts, aligning with Finance, Marketing, and Sales, while respecting all Operations constraints and particularities. This person must be very analytical and numerically focused. This position plays an essential role in the supply chain, using analytical, marketing, and sales data to effectively estimate future product demands. Duties include planning inventory flow, analyzing statistical data, and generating forecasting solutions.Responsibilities:Take IBP system ownership mindset for the Europe Region, building strong relationships with Brazilian HQ.Align with the Europe Sales and Marketing departments on product Sales forecasts for the upcoming collection, ensuring the company's Budget will be achieved while minimizing all supply chain process risks.Create purchase orders in SAP and properly track the orders, from allocation in the factories to the shipping confirmation, supporting the reception of Stock when necessary.Maintain effective communication procedures with providers – including Brazil – to optimize orders, shipments, and inventory management.Build a strong relationship with Brazilian HQ, especially with operations teams.Support the correct integration of documents and systems between Europe and the HQ.Support and create Apparel and Accessories supply chain purchasing and tracking processes.Manage the monthly Purchase cut-off process, calculating the correct volume that must be purchased after analyzing volume mix, factory timing and constraints, as well as Europe demand/warehouse capacities.Lead main S&OP reports such as Stock vs Deliveries, Cut-Off support files, Open Purchase Orders tracking, Boarding volume from Brazil, and Forecasts Rationales.#J-18808-Ljbffr
