Travel Specialist for Japan (German Speaker) Join us at Ventura TRAVEL – a group of specialized travel brands that unleash the adventurer in every person In Japaventura, our mission is to wow our customers with unforgettable, authentic, and responsible travel experiences in Japan. As a highly motivated, proactive, and passionate Travel Specialist for Japaventura, you will plan, design, and sell life-changing trips to Japan. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver great customer service from first contact to the end of their trip, develop new products, and help our clients make the most informed buying choice possible  By joining the Ventura TRAVEL family, you will be offering authentic, interactive, and innovative travel experiences. We want our travelers to enjoy the enriching culture and beauty of the country while being immersed in interactive group activities with the locals and unforgettable travel experiences. Important: The start date for this position is June 1st, 2024 On daily basis you willOffer advice to our customers before, while and after the trip (by phone and e-mail).Provide a unique sales experience by phone and email that will help us to reach your goals.Work on the content in German for the website: you create new material on a regular basis, or you translate existing texts from English.Coordinate the trip of our guests with internal and external service providers (e.g. flights department, local providers, guides and other) ensuring the extraordinary quality of the trips we offer.Design of amazing trips that will delight your customers.Negotiate the services and prices with the local service providers, getting the best deals for Japaventura and our clients.Put the traveler into the focus and delight them with a world-class customer service that actually address customer needs.The basics that you bring alongGreat communication skills, both on a verbal and written level, in English, German (native level) & Japanese (a big plus).You are passionate about being in contact with our clients (both by phone or via email).You have a good understanding on how to sell a travel product.You are passionate about Japan and have travel experience there.It's fun to be around you, and your future colleagues enjoy working with you.And last but not least: you bring a positive attitude and remain calm under stress.You can impress us even more withGood knowledge of Japanese for partner communication is a big plus.Experience in tourism industry and especially tour-operator.Sales and customer service experience.Software skillsWhat we promise you Participation at the overall profit of all of our brands, such as all of our employees.
