Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and a productive work environment.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient use of skills and resources.
- Provide regular feedback and support to team members, promoting professional growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and manage changes.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes for successful project delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize resource utilization and streamline project delivery.
- Manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Manage all projects via Jira, ensuring efficient tracking, reporting, and project management.
- Supervise the operational aspects of the project as required.
- Ensure seamless integration and effective use of Jira across all team members.
- Facilitate Jira training and support for team members to enhance proficiency.
- Adapt and refine agile methodologies to suit the projects requirements and team dynamics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
- Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Jira.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certification preferred.
- Expertise in Jira with a proven track record of managing projects using the tool.
- Agile certification and extensive experience with agile methodologies are essential.
